The 2026 Denver Bar Poker Championship will be held on Saturday, January 21st at 1 pm at Olde Town Tavern located at 7355 Ralston Rd, Arvada CO 80002. Players can qualify to play in the Championship by winning any weekly Game 1 tournament at Rocky Mountain Poker Venues Denver Region poker locations.
Players will earn 2,000 bonus chips for the Championship tournament for any weekly Game 1 that is won. Players that have qualified for the Championship tournament will be able to sign up at Olde Town Tavern beginning at 12 noon. While we will make every effort to seat all the players that show up for the Championship tournament, there may be a waitlist for players that register late. Registration for the Championship tournament will end at 1:30 pm.
Championship players will start the tournament with 15,000 chips, plus 2,000 for any weekly Game 1 wins between Nov 1, 2025 and Jan 23, 2026. The Championship winner will win $250 and a trophy, 2nd place $100, 3rd $50. There will be a Consolation Game 2 with $30/1st, $20/2nd. There will be $20 sit-n-go tournaments for those players that don’t make the Game 2 cut off.
