Midtown Pool Club located at 6762 Lowell Blvd, Denver CO will host a $500 cash prize tournament on Sunday, August 30th at 5 pm. Players can qualify for the Midtown Pool Club Poker Open by earning 1,000 or more points by playing in the weekly Sunday 5 pm tournament at Midtown Pool Club. Players can also earn points toward their qualifying balance by playing at the Westminster Brewing Company located at 7655 W 108th Ave #600, Westminster, CO at their Friday 6 pm tournament.
Players can earn 1,000 bonus chips (plus 100 per table) by winning any weekly Sunday game at Midtown Pool Club or the Friday tournament at Westminster Brewing Company. 2nd place is 750, 3rd is 500 and 4th is 250 (plus 100 per table). This allows players to qualify by winning just 1 game at Midtown Pool Club or Westminster Brewing Company. They can also qualify by playing a few games and finishing in the top 4 or making the final table. All points earned at the Midtown Pool Club and Westminster Brewing weekly games will be converted to bonus starting chips for the $500 tournament.
